  • Who qualifies for PPEC Services?

    Infant and children ages birth to 21 years who require nursing intervention and medical supervision qualify for the program.

  • Who pays for PPEC Services?

    PPEC is covered by Medicaid, and some commercial insurances. Our experienced staff will handle all of the paperwork requirements and process for your child’s admission. To avoid any stress for you and your family.

  • Is transportation available?

    Yes, this service is free to eligible Medicaid recipients. Our will staff will coordinate door to door transportation from home or school. We will also provide an escort from our Transport Team on each vehicle to supervise patients while in transit.

  • Is a PPEC a licensed facility?

    Yes, since 1995 PPEC facilities are licensed and regulated by the State of Florida through the Agency for Healthcare Administration.

  • SKILLED NURSING

    Our nursing staff delivers compassionate comprehensive care. Care that is individualized to each child’s unique needs. Our staff take the time to know each child and their families. Parents and caregivers, are included as an integral part of the clinical team. This is important since many of our patients are non-verbal, non-ambulatory and/or have severe cognitive disabilities.

  • Rehabilitation Services

    Lovin’ Arms, offers a variety of therapeutic programs.
    Lovin’ Arms provides our patient with a full range of therapeutic services including physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), speech-language pathology and therapeutic recreation. Our rehabilitation team uses a team approach and works in collaboration with other departments to enable a multidisciplinary approach to care.

  • Therapeutic Recreation

    At Lovin Arms we believe that children need to have fun and socialize with their peers.
    We have designed our facility to tailored to every age group. Our patients will be engaged in musical, art, craft and many more activities daily.
